Quiet, graceful, smooth with her moves and always smiling. Svetlana was taught to aim for perfection and because of that she can take anything almost like a man and not even flinch in front of others, she carries her sadness with her to her room where no one is there to see it. She doesn't argue with men and tries to be pleasing, with women she gets more rough and can be extremely competing if she feels like someone is trying to walk over her. The perfect woman act does crack here and there, when she's walking around /sitting alone or if she's feeling extremely embarrassed or tired. She speaks when spoken to and stays quiet rest of the time.
Outside, you see the perfect woman, from inside there's a very delicate and gentle person that stays well hidden and will most likely never get the chance to shine trough all the acting.

Svetlana is the light of her mother, she had always wished for a girl and after giving birth to two boys she finally got what she had asked. But that was only what her mother had wished for. Her father just wanted an heir and a spare, the third child didn't mean much to him. Spoiled by her mother, scolded by her father, Svetlana grew to be a quiet girl who understood her place in society as well as her own value. Men were men, they looked after the women and laid down the rules and women were there to support them. Cook, clean, look gorgeous all the time, smile, be gentle, tie connections with the right people....all that and much more, like a perfect woman. Svetlana stopped counting all those times, when her father had told her to shut her mouth and just smile and look pretty while he spoke with his business partners. That was her role, to look pretty and make sure that everyone out there knew that the Alkaev family was perfect in every way, wealthy and that it would be wise to make deals with them.

After getting old enough, Svetlana's father gave her an job in his company and told her to do her share of work for the family. She didn't get power to give orders, she didn't get to shine among the other workers, she was made to work as her oldest brothers personal assistant. Mostly because of their father was so sick and tired of always searching for new assistants, because his dear son had not gotten along with ANY of the previous ones. Which was highly annoying. But Svetlana didn't complain, she did what she had always done and accepted the job with a gentle smile on her lips. Looking after her brother was now the priority of her life, no one stopped to ask how she was doing because that was secondary information compared to her brothers well being. The only person who looked after the little Sveta was her mother.

Outside she carried herself with confidence and pride, when alone she would sigh and relax as much as possible and prepare for the next day.

Svetlana neatly placed a pile of documents, that she had only recently printed, down on her brothers desk and stared down on the first paper on top of the pile. She wasn't reading anything in particular, her eyes weren't focusing anywhere and the rows of small text looked blurry in her eyes. Mind blank and eyes clouded, she would surely get yelled at if someone saw her spacing out like that. The sound of approaching footsteps snapped Svetlana out of her thoughts and the woman jerked her chin up and straightened her pose. A man in fine suit storms in to the office, one hand loosening the silk tie around his neck and the other combing the short hair back. Ah...it would get messed now...She thought and smiled to the man. “......how was the meeting?” The man glared at Svetlana and simply stomped past her. “Badly....” She could hear the bitter words and lowered her gaze slightly. “........I will make some coffee....” She had to do something....”Bah! Whatever....” The man growled back and collapsed on the leather seat behind the desk with a loud sigh.
“......” She gave the man a small nod and walked out of the office. This was nothing new, he was always on a bad mood. Maybe he wasn't eating properly? Or maybe it was because of the lack of sleep? Svetlana's mind was soon filled with worry about her brother, as she walked down the quiet hallway.
